I would agonize over using a used box, and I had so many. Writing the note freed me of using pristine boxes. I haven't heard back from any customers about the recycled boxes. There is a note on our web site that explains this, but I'm sure that 90% of the people don't read the "policy!" I love the idea of the "Love and Ugly Box" and not only do you reuse the box, but I'm sure you have inspired the receivers to use the box again as well! Who knows?
