Last year we had a drought that dried up all the shallow wells in our area and even affected the deep wells. We were fortunate….we have a 10,000gal pool we used for everything but drinking……manageable, but a a royal PITA. And we managed to destroy the pump too boot!
Such a small wake-up to the importance of clean water. What would happen if everyone tried to live for a week without running water?
