My work is at Glen Garrett’s Architect Studio-Office & Hynds Building

Glen does such a nice job with the window displays.  I know I’m really late with posting this since the reception is already over.  Last year, March, I had an Emergency Solo Show at Glen’s (read why here).  Glen has been collecting my work for years.  He can almost have an entire show of my ceramics that he personally owns.  The show is part of the Art, Design and Dine, Art walk, that my friend Georgia Roswell has started for Cheyenne.

So if you’re in the area and want to see my work during business hours…go to Glen’s!

1623 Capitol Ave.

Glen is almost single handedly bringing the arts to Cheyenne.  He is tirelessly spending all of his time raising money and restoring the Hynds Building, which has been empty for over 25 years.  He is trying to make the Hynds Building into an Artist-in-Residency program, offering programs to the University of Wyoming, Laramie County Community College and to high students in our area.  Anyhow, we are lucky that Cheyenne has such a huge art supporter.  And I am so lucky to have Glen as an art support also.  Thank You Glen, for everything you do!!!

The Hynds Building in it’s heyday.

The Hynds Building opened to acclaim in 1920 was Cheyenne’s premier office building for the next sixty years.

The Hynds building now.
